Payment Options
The Town of Noma offers several convenient ways to pay your monthly water and sewer bill. Choose the option that works best for you.
View & Pay Your Bill Online
You can securely view and pay your utility bill online through our third-party payment provider. Simply log in using the last name on your account and your account number.
Online payments may be made using a credit or debit card. A processing fee of $2.00 or 3% of the transaction amount (whichever is greater) is applied by the payment processor.
Other Payment Options
In Person
You may pay your bill at Noma Town Hall during regular hours.

- Accepted: Cash, check, or credit/debit card (card fees apply)
Drop Box (After Hours)
A secure drop box is available next to the Town Hall entrance. You may leave cash or check payments at any time. Please place payments in an envelope with your name and account number.
By Phone
Payments may be made over the phone with a credit or debit card. A processing fee of $2.00 or 3% of the transaction amount (whichever is greater) applies.

Please include your name, service address, and account number. To avoid late fees, mail your payment at least 5–7 business days before the due date.
Through Your Bank’s Online Bill Pay
Most banks offer bill pay through their online banking services. These payments are typically mailed by the bank and may take up to 7 business days to arrive. Please schedule early enough to avoid late fees.
Billing Information
Billing Cycle & Due Dates
- Bills mailed: 1st of each month
- Payment due: 15th of each month
- Late Fee: $10.00 added on the next business day
Disconnections
Accounts with an unpaid balance are subject to disconnection beginning on the 25th of the month.
If service is disconnected all outstanding account balances and a $35.00 disconnect fee must be paid before reconnection.
